Information collected
We collect the contact, property, service, and scheduling details you submit. We may also retain referral codes, campaign parameters, landing pages, and basic security logs needed to understand an inquiry and prevent abuse.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare or schedule requested service, maintain customer and partner records, measure legitimate referral attribution, secure the website, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Campaign parameters and referral details may be connected to a submitted request so Sage Brush Homeworks can understand which marketing introduced the inquiry.
Website measurement
Vercel provides limited, aggregate website and conversion measurement as part of operating and improving the site. Google measurement loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Declining Google analytics does not prevent you from requesting service.
Email choices
Service-request updates are limited to the inquiry you submitted. Promotional or reminder emails require the separate optional consent shown on the quote form; browsing the website by itself does not enroll you in email. You may opt out by replying or calling (208) 963-0198. Automated promotional email remains disabled until consent revocation and suppression are enforced end to end.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process limited data for hosting, database, security, analytics, and email delivery under their own safeguards. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, security, or legal purposes.
Choices
